Early Pregnancy
If you are purchasing this EARLY in your pregnancy- go up 1-2 band sizes form your pre-pregnancy size.

Approximately 8 Months Pregnant
By the 8th month, you are about the size you will be post delivery- so measure your waist size and correlate below

Just Prior To Delivery
If you are just PRIOR to delivery, subtract 3-5 inches from your waist measurement.

*Do not order a smaller size as if it is too small, it may be too tight to wear. Correct sizing is essential for comfort and product effectiveness. The product is designed with 5 inches of adjustability to stay tight as you shrink.
