Medela Pump In Style Pricing Policy


In accordance with Medela's distribution policy, effective 1/1/2005, Medela has requested that Medela retailers not list their prices for the Medela Pump in Style Models on the internet. For this reason, we are not allowed to accept orders for this breastpump online. We are, however, still allowed to accept orders via telephone or email. 

Send an email to info@tentoes.org and type in "Request Pump In Style Price Quote" in the subject  bar. Once you submit this email, you will receive an e-mail shortly that lists the prices of all of the Pump In Style Models that we sell, along with directions for placing your order. ten toes Shipping Policy


Shipping is through USPS Priority Mail.  Shipping is based on weight and zip code of shipping address.  A small handling fee is applied towards preparing and packaging your order.  Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Orders are accepted 24 hours/day, 7 days/week online.  All orders place before 12 Noon EST will be processed the same working day.  All orders after 12 PM (EST) or weekend orders will be processed the next business day.  Orders are shipped on Tuesdays or Fridays  (call for exceptions).


ten toes Return Policy


Our 90-Day Return Policy applies to all items available in our store. To return an item it must be returned in its original, unopened packaging WITH the receipt.  Breast pumps are personal, single-user items (as registered with the FDA) therefore, they are not returnable to ten toes after the box has been opened. NO EXCEPTIONS CAN BE MADE.  Defective items should be returned to the manufacturer, not ten toes, for repair or replacement.  NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES on sale or discontinued items.


Return Policy Details

All returns must be in their original unopened packaging. Refunds will not be issued for damaged or opened boxes that are returned.

•The item must be postmarked within 90 days from date of purchase to be eligible for return.

•ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS AFTER 90 DAYS.

•Your refund will be applied to the credit card that was used to make your original purchase once your return is received.

•If you received free shipping for your purchase, the refund for your return will be less the actual original shipping and handling charges. Please contact us if you would like to know the exact amount of your item’s original shipping charge before returning the item.  ten toes is not responsible for shipping charges on returned items.

•Returns must be accompanied with receipt or packaging slip.  Returns/exchanges/credit will not be issued WITHOUT receipt /proof of purchase.

•We suggest that you ship your return through a carrier with a package tracking system because we cannot issue refunds for returns that have been lost in shipping.
