Are you looking for a private session with you and your coach(s) in the privacy of your own home and on your schedule? We try our best to accommodate all schedules, so feel free to contact us. A questionnaire is sent in advanced to make sure the session is tailored to your individual needs and desires. The private class is one 2.5 hour session done at your convenience. Start any time in your late 2nd or early 3rd Trimester: "Not Your Mama's Lamaze Labor and Birthing Class" We break down the stages of labor and go into detail on the different techniques (Lamaze and many other!) you'll need to get through each stage of labor. A hands-on class that that many coaches and moms enjoy and we have many laughs with. Even if you know you want an epidural, don't worry-- this class is still for you! Class is limited to 6 couples to help ensure individual attention and intimacy yet still have enough parents to commiserate with! 2.5 hours price $200 Private, in-home session: $300 tours We currently only reserve tours for Richmond University Medical Center (aka RUMC, previously St. Vincent's) at the present time. These FREE tours are for clients that have taken our classes. refreshments We do encourage you to eat a light meal before attending any classes. Water is provided. what do we bring? Just your questions. Great samples, coupons and magazines/booklets are distributed during each class.
