Breastfeeding 101

Taught by one of our Board Certified Lactation Consultants, this is the ONLY class you need to get you started on a great breastfeeding journey! What's the difference between our class and other breastfeeding classes? Not only is it a lighthearted environment with a non-obligatory feel, we want you to understand HOW to breastfeed and WHEN to do it. You know the whys already, now lets get to the good stuff! We will provide dolls to practice positioning with. (ahem, please keep your clothes on please!) 1 hour

Topics Included:

how much milk am I making?
how do I store the milk?
practice different latching positions
your sister had pain during breastfeeding? She isn’t supposed to, and we’ll show you why!
why do I need to pump?
how much do I need, and how do I know my baby is getting enough?
and that's just the first half of the class!!

Price: $40 per mom (no extra fee if the partner wants to sit in!)
